Dentures & Appliances

☐ Remove dentures at night

☐ Clean dentures daily with approved cleanser

☐ Store dentures safely when not in use

☐ Check for sore spots or irritation

☐ Schedule adjustments if dentures feel loose

Health & Medication Awareness

☐ Inform dentist of all medications

☐ Watch for signs of dry mouth

☐ Note any changes in chewing or speech

☐ Monitor gum bleeding or swelling

Warning Signs – Call a Dentist If You Notice:

☐ Tooth pain or sensitivity

☐ Bleeding, red, or swollen gums

☐ Bad breath that won’t improve

☐ Loose teeth or shifting bite

☐ Mouth sores lasting longer than two weeks

☐ Jaw pain or facial swelling
